## What to share

- Specific architecture decisions and the trade-offs
- Bugs that took >2 hours, especially the surprising ones
- Pricing experiments and results

## What to NOT share
- Customer names without permission
- Revenue specifics until ARR > $20K
- Half-baked features ("coming soon" decays trust)

## Channels (priority order)
1. Twitter / X — main funnel
2. HN — Show HN at v6 launch
3. Manifesto post — long-form for the standard-setting narrative
4. Founder's Discord — small ops community

## Cadence
- 2 short tweets/week minimum
- 1 long-form post/month
- Show HN once at launch, then quarterly
